I grew up in the bay area, specifically Half Moon Bay, but I found myself in the Sacramento area due to the amazing central location and great weather. I have spent most of my adult life in corporate sales and customer service. I have taken courses and received certifications in acquiring probate properties. Recently, I have obtained certifications with many creative programs to help you sell or purchase a home . Be sure to ask me about those! I also spent six years buying, rehabbing and selling distressed properties. I specialize in residential properties having learned the value of a home as distressed then beautifully dressed!
