Buyer reviewWe were very fortunate to have come across Charlie Weber in one of the house showings. She was approachable and answered our questions. She also returned our calls (other brokers didn't) and even answer calls on weekends! So that made my wife and I stick with Charlie because she made time for us. We depended on her and she absolutely did not disappoint. She took time to explain how the homebuying process works, the next steps, and so on. And we first heard of NeighborWorks from her, she also advised us to get hold of Fairway Mortgage. Everything fell into place after we met Charlie. Now, we have a place of our own! Thanks to Charlie! Smooth-sailing is how we describe the purchase aspect of our homebuying journey. Charlie Weber is the BEST agent out there! She has all these characteristics and more (she helped us even on weekends!) You should add 'Dependable' because it mattered to us as first-time homebuyer to have someone to inform and guide us about real estate, which Charlie did!

Were constantly upgrading the property so a true open house never took place. Buyers were accepted while undergoing upgrades. Charlie went the extra mile for us as we were out of state.
