CHARLIE is the only person I know who can work with my husband -- I think she must of answered at least 2- -25 texts or emails a day from him. She did a great job. The morning of the closing, the moving company was also coming. Knowing that we could not be both places at the same time, Charlie arranged for her husband, Gary to sit with the Keen Oaks house and the moving company. He did an excellent job. He also helped several times with the appraisers, etc. After working with Charlie-- I hope she is still selling homes 25 years from now-- as our kids are gonna need advice to sell this home.

She new all my fears and dealt with them in such a caring/professional manner 100% of the time. She NEVER made me feel my concerns were not valid and important. She kept me updated on all aspects of selling my house by phone or in person. Because of her years of experience she was able to provide with an awesome handyman, she recommended a good inspector for the property, she set me up with responsible and trustworthy people to both help me sell my house and get me into my new one. She was there for me at every turn and I would recommend her at the highest regard to anyone that needs a good realtor or consultant for either selling or buying a house. And not only did I get to work with Charlie and her years of experience and knowledge but I also got to work with her husband who only added to the great experiences of working with Charlie. between the two of them their isn't anything they don't know about the realtor profession, and it made my experience all the better having two people there for me every step of the way. I can't stress enough how much working with Charlie and Gary made this experience so much easier and smoother. I would recommend them to anyone anytime and have!!!
