Cheri is a consummate real estate professional. My husband and I have bought and sold several properties over the years and Cheri measures up to those agents who rank highest on our list. Having worked with another broker/agent before meeting Cheri, we thought our hopes of selling our home were quashed by a suffering real estate market. Since we live in another state, we had relied on information from our previous broker/agent to take our home of the market, until we met Cheri. Not only is she personable and motivated, she's also was excellent at understanding our needs and doing what she could to address them. I knew our home was in good hands with her! After failing in our attemp last Fall to sell or home, all the while being told by our former agent that there were simply no interested buyers after 4 months on the market and only 3-5 showings. Contrast that experience with Cheri's eight-day turnout of not one but SEVERAL interested buyers, and I can only reiterate, Cheri's definitely among the best of the best. Cheri went above and beyond the average agent to make sure a rocky period prior to closing went as smooth as possible. She intervened on our behalf more than once to make sure the buyers, buyers' agent, and our property management company understood our expectations. She didn't waiver or capitulate, even when it would have been an easier road; she stood her ground on our behalf and still made sure the sale would go through.

Cheri was an excellent agent throughout the entire purchasing process, from helping me find a home within my price range and area of choice, to negotiations and closing. Cheri made the buying process as easy as possible, while also working above and beyond to get me in to a home I really wanted. I would recommend Cheri to any friend or family member in need of a reasonable, hardworking, and friendly agent.

Our broker was Cheri Hendershot, we had previously listed our property with another realiter. Our home was never shown. We received a letter from Cheri approximately a year ago, and again another about six months prier to listing it. I had kept the letters in case we decided to re list the property. So when we did decide to relist the property i gave Cheri a call and meet with her at the property. She is very personable and easy to talk to and I decided she was the realiter for us. We were extremely happy with Cheri as our realiter and would definitely recommend her to any one that is looking for a hard working realiter!!!!

Cheri was great to work with. She always made herself available whenever I needed something and was always timely in responding. Cheri knew what she was doing and made sure that everything was always taken care of, which was great because as first time home buyers we would not have been able to navigate through the process without her. She ended up closing on our house 10 days early!
