I had such a great experience with her that I have referred my son and daughter in law to her and they also are extremely happy with her! She is very kind and attentive to all our needs and wants! I could not have had a better experience then what I did with Cherie! She was on top of the sale and keeping me informed when the seller was ready to except my offer. Which was well done and I got the house for what I offered for it.

Buyer reviewWe started working with Cherie Faltenbacher back in 2021/2022 and we saw a few houses that we werent impressed with (Cherie wasn't impressed either). And then we took a break and I would look at houses on Zillow and every now and then I would send her a house to check over and she would tell me what she thought of it. Then I finally found the house that could be my home, this is now 2025! Well my husband and I went to the open house and of course the realtor there wants to be your realtor, but I told him I had one already. When we were ready to look at the house again for a private viewing, I reached out to Cherie and she was so quick to respone and get us a viewing. She was nothing but helpful throught the long 4 year process. I am so thankful that she was still willing to be our realtor after so long. We finally got our house and because of Cherie and her team we could not be happier and I can't thank her enough.
