Seller reviewWe had the good fortune of being assigned to Cherri through our bank's home buying service when we bought our home 4 years ago. She was wonderful to work with then and we knew when it came time to sell, we wanted to use her. In spite of COVID pushing off our timeline for selling our home from March to July, Cherri helped us get everything set up to get our house ready to sell (finding lawn care, housekeeping, and a repair man). When we did list it, we had multiple offers above asking price and got the house off the market in a matter of days. As both a buying a selling agent, she has guided us through the process every step of the way, which was critical to us as first time buyers and now sellers. If we get to move back to the area, we will gladly use her as our agent again.

I would not consider using any other agent. She is THE BEST in Central Texas and the most knowledgeable! She has been our agent multiple times, and it is always a positive experience. She truly cares about her clients. She proved this by sitting outside in the parking lot during our closing, when she wasn't allowed at the closing table due to Covid restrictions.
