Seller reviewThe only agent/broker we knew of who was licensed to sell in Moss Landing See previous You have a very professional and "Great Agent " in Cherrie Osborne. Be sure to treat her right ! See previous Cherrie Osborne delivered and we needed that. It took some time but came just before the first Florida Hurricane in 2023. We wanted to close before September 1...she did it ! Also very professional in knowing what to do ( Power of Attorney to transfer mobile home title at DMV) when we could not locate our Title and we were way out West ! Thank you Cherrie. I would highly recommend Cherrie if you want your Mobile home sold in SW Florida !
