Seller reviewThe sale of our house was much more prolonged than we had anticipated; it seemed to surprise Cheryl as well as another agent with whom we worked on the purchase of our new home (she appraised the Chestnut house). That being said, we could not have anticipated the kinds of issues raised by buyers. Cheryl remained calm and professional as we became more tense and discouraged. She frequently did some "hand holding" over the phone to keep me optimistic that the house would sell. Sure enough, it eventually sold for a price we could definitely live with, and we are now able to move on with the next phase or our lives--a retirement surrounded by children and grandchildren and filled with lots of fun. I know for a fact Cheryl can sell houses quickly; when the circumstances are right, I am sure that is an easy job for any realtor. What Cheryl did for us was to keep on pushing the house and us until the SOLD sign went up, and we truly became "sellers."
