Cheryl is what every realtor should strive to be. She ranks highest in all the attributes listed as well as being a very nice person. I have dealt with realtors that on paper and in surveys look good but are just not pleasant to work with. Cheryl was optimistic on the potential to sell the house quickly. She suggested a fair listing price that would generate interest. The house sold immediately upon listing for more than the asking price with "several" offers. Need I say more?

Seller reviewNot Cheryl's fault that it took a long time for my house to sell... Covid-19 stay-at-home orders hit the week after the house was listed, and people weren't out looking during that time. But she generated a lot of interest through Century 21 advertising, and the internet, so when things opened up again, it moved quickly. Cheryl is very professional, quick to respond to questions, worked with me on the pricing and marketing strategy. She has my highest recommendation!
