Cheryl is what every realtor should strive to be. She ranks highest in all the attributes listed as well as being a very nice person. I have dealt with realtors that on paper and in surveys look good but are just not pleasant to work with. Cheryl was optimistic on the potential to sell the house quickly. She suggested a fair listing price that would generate interest. The house sold immediately upon listing for more than the asking price with "several" offers. Need I say more?
