I was handling the sell of my home in Hot Springs Village from out of state and she kept the lines of communication open so I always knew what was going on. Cheryl's knowledge and professionalism put my mind at ease. She was so patient and walked me through the whole process until I felt comfortable. Buyer reviewCheryl was one of the top five people I have dealt with in my business life - she was above the call of duty in responding to texts and emails (at any time of the day/night/week). She knows her business - she was very thorough and we never felt as though we had been 'sold' - she was there to help us through the process of purchasing the home without pressuring. We felt very comfortable with her from the first telephone visit. Because we are in a different state, the entire process up to closing at the Title Company was done electronically or over the telephone and she made everything very simple to understand and the transaction was absolutely as smooth as anyone could have dreamed for. In the survey, I know this looks like I didn't take time to do a true evaluation, and I'm not one to hand out "10's" - but as stated before, she was exceptional in all the qualities listed above and deserves the highest marks.
