We walked into the Century 21 office as we were considering purchasing property in Celebration. We were so happy and fortunate to have met Cheryl on that day. She went above and beyond in our lengthy search for a home in Florida. Cheryl went beyond our expectations and helped us search for a home in St. Augustine, which we knew was a two hour drive each way for her. Once we decided to build a home with Ashley Home Builders her expertise was greatly appreciated as we had no previous experience building a home. We always appreciated Cheryl being available for our many questions and her assistance in communicating with the builder. Building and moving to a different state was quite overwhelming and Cheryl provided information that we had never even considered, moving from the north, We have never had a realtor that provided us with the assistance and guidance that Cheryl did. Many people purchasing new construction do not have their own realtor. We were blessed to have Cheryl guide us through the process. Cheryl was so kind in accompanying us on all of our meetings with the design centers. So many decisions to make and having another opinion was invaluable to us. This was certainly not expected, especially when she had to make the drive from Celebration to Jacksonville for a 10:00 a.m. meeting. She is outstanding and should be nominated as Realtor of the Year!! She is the best.
