As I have previously stated, Cheryl was very helpful and knew so much about the lending institution in how they operated especially for the buyers. She jumped through many hoops to finalize the closing for my home. She went above and beyond in readying my house to pass all those inspections. She really cares about how she does her job. She cared for the seller (me) and through all the trials and roadblocks the banks threw in her path, she did her job well and I can't help but feel she may have thumbed her nose at them with I"ll show you attitude. The most amazing thing she did was putting up with me for I can be so very difficult at times. Thanks to you and Mr. Parker I was proved to be "insulated" against some obnoxious inspectors. Please accept my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for a job well done!

Cheryl went above and beyond the call of duty. She was excellent in keeping us appraised of what was happening. Actually I felt like I was her only client even though I am sure that was not the case. She was truly caring and kind and tried very hard to come up with solutions to problems even though they really were our problems and not hers.I could call her anytime and if I didn't reach her she very quickly got back to me as soon as she could. I truly felt she had out best interest at heart. During the course of our home being for sale there were several negative things that occurred. Cheryl was always positive and upbeat and I always felt good after talking to her even though the situation looked dreary. There were a lot of decisions that had to be made mostly by me. My husband and I are retired and my husband is not able to make many decisions. Cheryl never tried to talk me into anything or out of anything. She just gave useful feedback and then left it up to me. She never once pressured me to do anything. . Cheryl gave us her undivided attention and she always explained what she was doing and why. We almost felt like she had become part of the family but at the same time she kept things on a very professional basis. I don't know how she did it. but glad she did. . In many ways the general public thinks real estate agents do not do much and they make a lot of money. After doing business with Cheryl I know that is not true. Cheryl was very upfront and honest and didn't try to sugar coat anything or lead us to believe something that wasn't true. If I made a suggestion she took it under consideration and if she thought it was a good thing she did it. If not, she told me why. I was never ever in the dark about anything with Cheryl. I will absolutely recommend her to everyone I can.
