I started my career in Real Estate as a Real Estate Assistant, and later as a Title Abstractor, gaining valuable knowledge in both areas. I quickly realized, however, that I wanted to be on the front end of contracts, doing what I now love most... helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals! I officially became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2018 and, as 2023, am now a Licensed Real Estate Broker! I relocated to the Middle Tennessee area in 2006 and am proud to call Tennessee home! I'm a "soccer mom" to two beautiful girls! I have a black lab, Bella, and two sweet rescue pups, Eleanore and Cocoa. I love to travel, exploring new cities and countries! I'm a big supporter of the Nashville Soccer Club (NSC) and enjoy attending home games at the beautiful new Geodis Park in Nashville. I enjoy going to the Nashville Flea Market. I love to sing, play the drums, and love musicals, especially my favorite, Wicked! When you combine my real estate experience with my extensive training, my clients always win! My designations include the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I have received the Silver Award of Excellence from Greater Nashville Realtors, as well as the Quality Service Producer Award from C21, and have ranked among the Top 100 C21 Agents in the state of Tennessee. Seller reviewWe originally signed with the realtor that had sold the house to us years before. You would think their knowledge would be a plus and help it to sell quickly. After 2 months and only 1 response we knew we had chosen incorrectly. We switched to Century 21 and Cheryl was awesome! She knew exactly what was needed to move this house quickly! Within 3 weeks we had a buyer. I so wish we had found Cheryl at the beginning. I believe we could have sold much faster and with a higher price. It all worked out, and the new owners are happy with their new home in Tennessee, and we're loving South Carolina!

Buyer reviewCheryl has patiently sent me properties over a year. She had her daughters soccer game to attend but still took time to walk the property with us and give her feedback. It needed to be a quick purchase as there was going to be other offers and she got it done for us. She made it less stressful and got our offer in ASAP.
