She knew the local market and put together a very aggressive marketing campaign. I was impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. She was on top of everything! Cheryl was timely with feedback and contractual obligations and always easy to reach. We sold our home in 18 days, and everything leading to closing was a breeze. I have already referred her to a friend and will continue to do so in the future.
