I work tirelessly to ensure that my sellers are getting the maximum price for their homes. Since 90% of buyers begin their search on-line, I utilize various social media strategies to ensure the best marketing. Pricing and presentation are key and I do not believe you have to give a house away to get it sold.
I am equally as passionate when I work with my buyers. When the right home comes on the market, my clients receive an immediate notification so they are positioned to act quickly. When they are ready to make an offer, I create an up to date Market Analysis to ensure the asking price is fair. I want my client to get the home they want for a price that makes sense, this way I live up to my first goal which is to make my clients happy!

Seller reviewChris was knowledgeable, and had a good plan. He was able to understand and respond to our needs, and sold the house in a timely manner ( in spite of Hurricane Harvey!) He was patient with my husband, and always answered my questions promptly. He was available to us by phone and email any time, and polite. I picked Century 21 because I had a good relationship with the broker who sold us the house in Katy in the first place, so naturally they were the first ones I called when it became time to sell. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me for buying or selling a home in the Katy area. The house sold well, even though we weren't able to prepare it as well as we wanted to. We had an impossible time trying to find a local contractor to do some minor repairs to sell the house, since all of the work was large jobs due to the damages from Hurricane Harvey. Fortunately, we had a motivated buyer who was willing to work with us on the small issues the house needed repairs, and negotiated accordingly.
