When selecting a broker, it was important to us to work with somebody who knew us and the market well. We wanted to work with somebody who could leverage that local knowledge to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Chris was all of that more. He has a fantastic handle on the market, and was able to provide us with a ton of insight that gave us confidence with every offer we submitted. Chris is a perfect 10 in my book. Having worked with several realtors when shopping in the Seattle area, I was blown away with Chris's work ethic, his professionalism, and his local knowledge. Through out the process, he demonstrated attention to detail and real customer obsession. I felt like he was our "secret weapon" through-out the home buying process. He was able to provide us with an abundance of local knowledge, and helped us scope out potential projects while we were considering offering on houses that would need some work prior to move-in. I wouldn't buy a home with anyone else in the future. Chris was as informative and dedicated as they come through-out the negotiation and offer making process. In the midst of an exceptionally hot market, he negotiated strongly on our behalf to ensure we came in at a fair price and without taking on too much risk. He knew his way through the contracts forwards and backwards and was all over the inspection process. After the inspection, he was able to able to shop a variety of quotes to make sure we countered at a reasonable but fair place.

This is the third home we've bought using Chris as our realtor and we couldn't be more happy. He and his partner Staci were always fast to respond, easy to communicate with, and made what could have been a stressful situation, enjoyable! As long as they are in real estate, we will use them!
