Regardless of that, because of his friendly outgoing manner we knew right away he was going to make this complex and sometimes trying move much easier. He made an honest and accurate assessment of our home and where improvements were needed he had several professional contacts who were quickly available and did excellent work. Chris also has an assistant, Melissa, who was wonderful to work with. Thanks to their knowledge of the market as it regarded timing of the sale, the best asking price and how it should be presented to the buyers; we were able to get several outstanding offers in the first few days.
