Seller reviewChris Erway is an excellent realtor. She came to our initial meeting very prepared with a complete market analysis which consisted of all the houses in the area that were up for sale and how quickly they sold along with their selling price. She assessed our house and made good recommendations. Not only is Chris very down to earth, but she is also very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the housing marking and all aspects of buying and selling. She always responded promptly to both texts and phone calls, and was very good at providing the information we needed. I would recommend her to anyone. She will not disappoint.

When asking friends and family for a reference Chris's name came up several times. I took their recommendation and I could not have been happier with my choice. I found a home to downsize to rather quickly and Chris was ready with tips to help me get this new home. She was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. In this new cutthroat market, she knew exactly what I needed to do in order to win the bidding war. I am so happy that I found her and look forward to selling my home with her.

Seller reviewI was very happy to have had my house sold in less than a day by realitor Christine Erway. It went real smoothly. I was kept up to date on everything by her, there were no surprises. I am happy to have sold my home to a buyer who has interest in keeping up all the remodeling I had done and installed before my home was listed for sale. Everything went smoothly, I believe Mrs. Erway is a competent realtor with many years of experience. I believe she got my home sold as fast as possible so I could move on to a smaller place. The closing of my home was at a close by office that made it easy to find the day of the closing, the Broker and the Closer were very professional and knew what they were doing, and had all the paperwork ready for me to sing, I received a check that day at the closing to deposit into my bank account.

Seller reviewChris was fantastic when we worked with her on our home purchase upon moving to Midland. After looking at almost 30 houses in a couple of days, we were struggling to make a decision and asked Chris her opinion on which house was the best value to meet our needs. She gave us good candid advice on a house that was not the highest price, but the best balance of features for the cost. When it came time to sell the house three years later, Chris was the first person we called. As expected, she did a great job marketing our home and we sold it quickly for a fair value. I have worked with at least 6 different realtors on home sales and purchases in 4 different states and Chris is the best in my opinion. She is very knowledgeable, communicates well, goes out of her way to help, and provides direct advice when asked. I felt confident knowing that she was representing our family to get the most value out of our home.
