Seller reviewChris Erway came to my house to look through it. She made some suggestions of things to repair that were crucial and other things that would not be worth the money. She had a portfolio of other houses that had sold and that were for sale in the area that were comparable to mine. My situation was unusual because I was living out of state when the house went on the market. Chris helped me get the house ready by letting in the painters, cleaners, etc., and even making a few adjustments herself. She held an open house a few times and kept me in the loop about all those that were interested. Since this was my first time to sell a home, she walked me through each step and counseled me when making counter offers. Once the negotiation was reached, she worked with my lawyer to draw up the contract - this was only required because the buyer and I agreed upon an unusual type of sale. Chris made the experience far less painful and I was very comfortable in trusting her with my home while I was 1500 miles away. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
