He was constantly in communication both by email and phone during the process of listing and sale. He took time to come to the house to correct a water leak when we couldn't. We met Chris Framan at one of his Open Houses. We talked with him (kind of interviewed him) and decided he was the realtor we wanted to work with to find a home in Laguna Woods based on his knowledge, track record, professionalism and clear communication. We did not chose Century 21 exactly, we chose Chris Framan. Chris Framan's follow-up was Excellent! He always did what he said he was going to do and exceeded our expectations. He was very fast to get back to us on any questions or technical details and requests for showings. He has a terrific work ethic and is so hard working! We really appreciated how steady and grounded he was, even when things got emotional, which happens with such a large home transaction. He was very supportive of our decisions even when we decided to withdraw an offer at one point. He also has a good sense of humor and made the process of searching for a home fun even though it was frustrating at times. He was very patient with us since we worked with him for a couple of years on and off until we sold our Oregon home in March and were able to finally purchase a home in Laguna Woods as of May 2021. We are thrilled with the home Chris found and sold to us!! We don't think we would have found it or been able to buy it without Chris's expertise. We would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Laguna Woods!
