Chris Framan is a successful real estate industry veteran with over fifteen years' experience providing excellent customer service to his clients. Upon graduation from the University of Virginia with a degree in Business Administration, Framan gained invaluable business experience as a CPA providing accounting services to a diverse range of organizations. Framan later enjoyed a successful tenure as a record producer both in Los Angeles and Nashville. A desire to run his own business along with a passion for helping others led Framan to the real estate industry. Says Framan, "My professional background has provided invaluable training in the art of negotiation as well as a creative approach to sales and marketing." Seller reviewI live 1600 miles from the property Chris was selling for us. I had complete confidence in his handling of the sale including negotiations and details about showing, inspections and especially the unique requirements of Leisure World. We have worked with eight realtors over the years -- I was in the Air Force so we moved a lot. Our experience with Chis was clearly one of the best if not the best given how far away we were from the property. I don't know how we would have done it without him. Our property had some difficult issues associated with it that involved structural and geological inspections. At any point our buyer might have been scared off the sale. I believe it was Chris' skill in handling the situation that saved the sale in the end. I believe we were very fortunate to have him representing us. I cannot imagine finding anyone better.

Seller reviewLook no further, Chris Framan will get the job done. Listen to him and list your property with him. We purchased the home for my wife's parents and owned it for 5 years. I made the mistake of listing the property for 5 miserable months with a well known competitor. Desperate, I asked my trusted escrow officer who she would recommend. She said Chris Framan. He had a ratified offer in 24 hours of hitting MLS and he guided it to a successful closing without further concessions. I needed an excellent agent to steer my property to its final disposition, while I was miles and hours away, and he did the job. I could have saved 5 months of HOA dues while remaining vacant by choosing him in the first place and not being fooled by his know nothing, do nothing, competitors.
