Seller reviewI became acquainted with Chris a year ago when buying another house with my aunt. While buying that house she was there for us 24/7 and took care of all questions we asked and things we wanted done! So when it finally came time for me to sell my other house Chris was the only one I would let do it. She explained every sentence of every page so I understood exactly what my role as seller was. A couple sales fell thru and I got really discouraged but not chris...she got me back on board and we moved forward each time! I got married and took a honeymoon while selling this house...needless to say I was so overwhelmed and Chris helped take care of things so I could concentrate on my new beginning;) Chris is so professional and kind and she listens to all my stories very patiently! Lol If ever any one in my life needs a realtor it will be chris!!!! Thank you so much for every thing Chris;) She is the best!!!!!!

It felt like it was easy,the whole selling process, because she took care of problems, let us know updates right away, etc. She did research to help guide us in decisions, ie about setting the selling price, but gave us time and space to make our own decisions. Would definitely recommend Chris to others
