We were very fortunate to have Chris sell our home. His knowledge of the area and professional abilities allowed us to sell our home in two weeks in what is generally a very slow selling market. Chris was great and you will be glad to have used him to either select or sell your home.

We had to deal with a number of estate issues that complicated our experience, but Chris Ward worked effectively to resolve each as it unfolded and got us to the finishing line.

(This survey is repetitive & did NOT go as easily & fast as implied!!!!) That being said: Chris was fantastic!! We had a high-end house to sell in a collapsing local coal economy. Sells in our price category were poor with many other similar houses languishing on the market. We initially attempted to sell it ourselves without any success. When we turned it over to Chris, we came to realize that the process , especially in our situation was more complex than we realized. Even with Chris "on board" the process still was fairly long & arduous, because of the unique situation. None of this was Chris' fault. It just had to do with circumstances. In spite of all that, Chris handled everything masterfully. I am admittedly a "high maintenance" seller with many questions, but Chris professionally & patiently answered all of them. He seemed to network a lot better than other agents & this resulted in obtaining a final buyer from out of the area whose paycheck comes from the federal government instead of the local economy. Ultimately, we sold for $70,000 MORE than Zillow's "Zestimate". (Which demonstrates how poor those estimates are). One very minor issue was that there were occasional delays in response times, but that was primarily due to the spotty cellphone service in the area & that Chris moves around alot. In short, I could not ask for a better realtor - He was excellent!!!

Chris Ward gave me the feeling that we we old friends from way back. He's very knowledgeable of the real estate market yet very down to earth in his approach. I am truly glad I had the pleasure to do business with him.
