After spending 28 years in various business professional positions, I finally decided to pursue my passion and obtain my real estate license. It has been an absolute blessing! I take great pride in helping people sell their homes and buyers find new ones. Whether you're a first-time home buyer or seller, I offer expertise, experience, and compassion to make the process as smooth as possible. Having relocated to the Winchester area from Pennsylvania over 8 years ago, I understand how stressful and emotional selling and buying a house can be, especially when you're relocating to a new state. Timing is crucial, and I'm here to help you navigate the process with ease. I am a member in good standing with the Blue Ridge Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, I volunteer at CCAP through my church and have participated in the FCPS 101 Program, PTSO involvement and presidency, homeroom mom, Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts, and Sunday school teaching. Buyer reviewChris and I met at an open house last year. She was very professional and easy to talk to so we moved forward with partnering with her. After a long and arduous 18 month search, we finally found our perfect home. In my opinion, Chris Wilson should be awarded the top award from the real estate commission. Most people get those awards for the number of sales and dollars sold. However, she should receive it for pure grit. During our time together, we had a sale fall through due to natural disaster issues, had a sale fall through due to sellers filing bankruptcy, had so many bids not accepted, I lost my job, my husband moved jobs and STILL, through all that, she was right there. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone I know looking for a new home. Businesses are sustained by people like Chris - she is a real estate partner NOT a pusher. She is someone your can absolutely trust, she sticks up for her clients, she knows every detail, she provides excellent guidance, she stays up on the market, she gets you in for showings and much more. I cannot say enough good things about her as a professional.

It took a lot of effort for this home to be purchased and Chris really hung in there until the end and I greatly appreciate her time and effort. She made lots of arrangements to help me and my family see every possible home and I'm thankful to be working on making my new home my own.
