Buyer reviewThere was a very short term notice when a property I was interested in was going on the market. I immediately contacted Chris Wisehart who responded right away. Chris got a showing set up which allowed me to make the appropriate moves which HAVE to happen in the crazy market we have been experiencing lately. Chris provided great recommendations on creating a strong offer which in the end won over all the competition. Throughout the process he made sure we understood exactly what was happening and explained anything we didn't quite understand at first. Chris was also incredibly accessible throughout the process. I can't think of a time that he didn't respond to a text or pick up the phone almost immediately. Chris is absolutely outstanding at what he does!
