Seller reviewChristina answered all our questions and concerns including any we had on the purchase of our new home in Delaware. Christina did an excellent job of keeping us informed with all aspects of the sale and closing. When a water leak was discovered the evening walk through the night before closing she located a plumber to resolve the problem before closing.

Christina goes above and beyond to help locate that perfect home. She is highly recommended Christina is very smart. I found her knowledge about appliances, heating and air units, water heaters, construction, location to be excellent.

She was dependable and always gave us notification if she wasn't going to be immediately available. She spent more time with us reviewing properties then was ever expected. She was always willing to show us additional properties if we weren't happy or take us to revisit potential properties we were interested in. If we had questions that weren't directed for Christina she always knew who to call and got us the answers we needed. She is dependable, respectful and always made you feel like you were only customer even though she had several things going on at once. I don't think our purchase could have went any easier without the guidance of Christina. This was a very smooth transaction due to the expertise of Ms. Ford, Mr. Taylor and Ms. Odell-Duffy. No matter how many questions we had they answered them with detail and made us feel comfortable. I will always recommend Christina to our friends and family. I feel Christina's expertise made our home purchase incredibly pleasant. Christina is absolutely the best!
