Personal Profile
Christina spent 14 years in the Oral Surgery and General Dentistry Field when she decided to follow her passion for Real Estate. She bought her 1st house at 19 and second at 24 and now has designed and built a custom home. When not assisting clients she enjoys spending time with friends and family camping, hiking, and going to the dunes to ride quads and RZRs, as well as spending time with her husband and her two girls and their dogs. She grew up in the NW and currently lives in Stanwood. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be one of the biggest decisions in your life. As a full time Realtor, I will work hard to educate and inform my clients throughout the process and make your experience as pain free as possible.I always believe the customers needs and concerns are my priority and my goal is to be available to my customers and to work with their best interest in mind all the time. Seller reviewWe were originally referred to a different agent in the office, but due to health reasons, were not able to work with that agent. We were then referred to Christina O'Keefe and were happy to proceed with her. Christina was always very responsive and walked us through any confusing or challenging situations. She was always professional and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interest! Christina was dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible for our family. She handled some challenging prospective buyers as well as some of their agents like a pro! She found a professional photographer to make the long trip to our property (in up river Skagit County) and the photos turned out amazing! I believe that absolutely helped with marketing our property. From beginning to end (over a year) Christina was always patient, professional and informative. We were selling a unique property and she understood how to best market it. She handled a variety of challenging personalities with ease! She also helped walk us through the complicated process of reviewing multiple offers and making decisions that would be in our best interest. We were very happy with Christina O'Keefe and the final result! I would definitely recommend her services when selling your house!

Buyer reviewWe liked Christina because she was willing to show us homes whenever we asked. She made herself available and was sensitive to helping us meet the sellers offer review timelines. Christina was professional but also friendly. When I asked Christina for recommendations for a mortgage lender and a property manager, Christina provided excellent choices that worked with us to get the purchase done and great progress in getting our current home under lease. Christina also was not discouraged after we submitted offers on two other properties and did not win the bid. She hung in there with us and got our offer accepted on a home we are very happy with. If Christina didn't know the answer she would get it promptly. Also, when we made our offer, Christina understood the competition and moved quickly before the competition could move in and escalate the price.
