Seller reviewThis was my second go-around with Christine. I felt confident and comfortable trusting her to sell my home. Very transparent and a highly effective communicator. She listens to your needs, provides thoughts and opinions from experience, but allows you to make the choices that are best for you. The effective communication was important and get ability to explain processes and protocols for a first-time seller was also very clear and direct. Should I return to the area, I would not hesitate to connect with Christine again!

She was also very involved during the entire process. She was always available to answer all my questions and to give me advice. Christine really knows her field. Her predictions for selling the house were very accurate. I was amazed at how fast the house sold. Christine is an excellent realtor. It was a pleasure working with her and have already recommended her to my neighbors.

Seller reviewI've had 3 previous real estate transactions with Christine....she is excellent! Very simply- Christine gave me excellent advice on the sale of my mother's home. While I of course wanted to get fair value for the home, I was equally concerned in selling it quickly. She convinced me that the price i was thinking was too low, earning me considerably more money....and, had it sold within a couple days. Christine is a professional at what she does. She knows ALL aspects of the transaction (as both a buyer and/or seller) and does a tremendous job keeping you well informed throughout the entire process!
