Christine Dossman did a wonderful job helping us find our first home! Kyle and I are both picky on things, and she pulled all of our considerations together to find homes that matched what we both wanted. Even when the process got tough at the end with the closing date, she handled all of it so we didn't feel any extra stress. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her!

Christine was patient in showing a few properties before I was ready to purchase so that I would be able to consider them for location, floorspace, and price in preparation for when I was able to make the purchase. That helped me to feel confident in the choice I made in a very short time. The timing was critical for me when I did make the offer and Christine facilitated my time frame beautifully. Christine was gratious to keep the communication flowing while on her vacation. Also, she made me feel like I was her only customer most of the time even though untrue. She is even so calm during the stress she gave me confidence. I am proud to have modeled this process with Chris for my daughter's benefit. I remember a time where the purchase I made would have been unusual, and my daughter will never know there was such a time. Chris always responded to me in a very reasonable time frame. Even the later night texts and emails during her vacation, were more timely than expected. Her patience, but firmness, kept me in a reasonable progression during every step in the process. Even though Chris had to deal with a seller who could be "over the top" and could probably described as difficult, she buffered me from much of that so I could stay focused on my plan so I could successfully complete my goals.

I have known Chris Dossman for years. I am Impressed with her knowledge base and integrity. I Also appreciated her creativity and organization as she helped us get the house ready for sale . Her recommendations proved to be accurate. It was an Excellent experience working with Chris in every aspect. Plus, she brought style and a sense of humor and caring. I had the sense that she was concerned for us as a family and wanted to make sure we were able to get through the sales process with as little angst as possible.

We have worked with Christine on multiple occasions now (3rd home), and could never imagine working with anyone else. She is absolutely wonderful. Christine essentially treats us like family. She always has our best interest in mind and is very understanding and patient with us. Christine is simply the best there is!
