Seller reviewChristine's expertise and knowledge was instrumental on the quick sale of my house. Her thorough analysis of the area and surrounding home sales allowed us to price the house on target for the best possible selling price. With the market cooling and interest rates on the rise, foot traffic was great and multiple offers were received. The sale was fast and closing was just as quick. Because the sale was so quick, Christine provided living options in case I did not have a place to live. Christine Duvall is a prime example of trusting your realtor because they know what they are doing!

She was so helpful every step of the way from looking for houses, viewing them, guiding us through the settlement process, and everything in between. She always responded promptly to any questions we had and was on top of everything the whole way through. Every time we viewed a home, she would give her opinion on the place and its pros and cons. This made the process so nice and stress-free, knowing her expert opinion and her experiences since it was all new to us. Seller reviewIt is probably not too difficult to find a realtor who has the following basics: knowledge, experience and professionalism. Christine checks all those boxes. What she has in addition are the intangibles which one can not measure until the realtor is put to the test i.e. an unsurpassable work ethic, passion, drive, and perseverance. Pour all of the above into a delightful personality and you have Christine. We tried to sell this home in 2019 and received no offers. With Christine, we had a ratified contract within a week of going on the market. Her marketing approach was genius and honest. After obtaining a ratified contract however, there were problems which emanated from the Buyer's side. Christine absolutely went to the mat for us. She showed how much she cared. I know how busy she is yet she strives to make you feel like you are the only client she has. I can not recommend her strongly enough.

This was our first time selling and she was patient and answered all of our questions. We basically just had to show up and sign. We got over asking in just a couple of days on the market. We will definitely recommend Christine and use her again in the future.

Christine was our agent for three real estate transactions simultaneously, one buying and two selling. Talk about potential for a stress but… Christine was amazing! She is smart, caring, savvy, and just plain fun to work with. She definitely has "got your back" in all negotiations and will work tirelessly to get the best deal for you. If I ever move again, I will definitely contract with Christine again. She is a treasure. Christine is by far the BEST realtor I've ever worked with.
