Seller reviewCJ met all of our expectations in selling our home. It was a up for sale with another realty company and after trying for a year we took it off the market. We contacted CJ and she delivered as promised. She made a very stressful situation bearable when our buyer wanted a 30 day escrow. She gave us the encouragment to see the end result and eased some of the tensions with the move out. CJ knoweledge of Lake of the Pines is why our house sold. She not only knows the demographics of the area she knows the culture of the community. She is involved and that is what helped to sell our home.
