Buyer reviewMy situation was not simple. I have a severely developmentally disabled son who has specific requirements for his care. Christine Matheny was so helpful with suggesting properties that suit our needs. She always considered my budget. When it came to making offers, she was quick with emailing me the documents, and would text me to make sure I knew they were in my inbox. She had my best interests in mind when negotiating prices and terms of purchase. I always felt confident in her negotiating skills, her attention to detail in writing terms of purchase...and she was so fast! She made every step of this process stress free, and I felt that as her client I mattered.

SHE IS SO ABSOLUTEYL KNOWLEDGABLE IN EVERY ASPECT OF HER PROFESSION. CHRISTINE"S GUIDANCE AND COMMITED TIME FOR US HAS BEEN NEVER ENDING THRU IT ALL. ALOT OF EXTRA ISSUES WERE INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS AND BECAUSE OF CHRISTINE IT HAS ALL BECOME TO BE REAL. SHE IS SO VERY FRIENDLY AND WARM HEARTED.....LIKE A FOREVER FRIEND. TO THIS DAY SHE IS STILL HELPING ... LIKE PUTTING OUT THE GARBAGE YESTERDAY. (WE ARENT MOVED IN YET) . CHRISTINE TOOK US TO THE CENTER OF OUR PARK TO MEET THE MGR AND SHOW US THE OFFICE... ITS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL . SO ANOTHER PLUS FROM CHRISTINE AND AT THAT TIME SHE HAD US DO THE PAPERWORK FOR THE PARK.... I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH AT WHAT A WONDERFUL AND GENUINE PERSON CHRISTNE IS. I WILL FOREVER BE SO GRATEFUL AT FINDING HER INTO OUR LIVES.

She was always available to answer questions and give updates, but not being pushy in any way. Christine's knowledge and expertise is excellent. I was out of town during the escrow and she did such a wonderful job of keeping me in the loop and guiding the process along. We could not have asked for a better experience. We absolutely had the best experience possible with Christine. I honestly cannot think of one thing that could use improvement. She explained everything in a way we could understand, answered any questions promptly, she has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with
