This was the purchase of first home. We were both stressed and intimidated by the whole process. Christine was soo great to work with the whole time! I was sick when we first connected about looking at home. Christine was understanding and asked me the important questions and then emailed me a list of homes. She was not pushy about looking at homes right away and let me take some time to get better. We also have a 2-year-old. Christine was so respectful of nap times, snack times and really let us take the time we needed to be able to look at a home and be a parent. She stood up for us when we were being shown homes by a builder that were outside our budget and really listened to the things we wanted in a home. When Christine showed us the home we purchased, we instantly knew it was the right home, and Christine did too. She took the time to get to know us and made sure to show us homes that filled all our needs and stayed within our budget. Christine was so great in all of these areas! We had no idea what we were doing and were intimidated with the whole process. Christine was there every step of the way and advocating for a us the whole time! She made sure we got a good deal and that everything was completed/full filled by the seller. I loved that Christine worked directly with my lender and would call me when the rates would go down to make sure i was offered a good rate! It also was wonderful to have Christine present at the signing, she would ask questions that i didn't not think to ask to make sure we understood everything fully We will for sure be recommending Christine to our friends and family, and will be contacting her with any future home endeavors we have.

I looked at your website and saw the ratings of the various agents. Luckily, Christine happened to be in the office when I called and from the start, she was more than helpful. She got up to speed quickly and was a critial resource in getting our property sold! Christine exceeded my expectations in every way. She actually accelerated our plans and found a buyer before we could even arrange to clean the property up. Her analysis of the market was spot on and the sales price met our expectations. The not applicable items above were marked because the house sold before they became necessary. I would more than reccomend Christine to anyone looking to sell or buy property in her area. Christine helped us from the minute I contacted her. From the start, Christine got busy. Ours was an Estate sale after the passing of my brother. We were unable to get to the property, so Christine checked this for us and provided us a very helpful remote walk-through on the property. She gathered and shipped items we needed from the property to us. She gave us solid recommendations for contacts to do junk removal for us. The walk-through became the basis for our planned sale and her value for the property was spot on. But even before we could get our cleanup done, she started a proactive outreach to others in the area tat dealt with real estate sales. Through her proactive approach, we had an offer even before we were got the cleanup taken care of. Frankly, I am very impressed with her "get it sold" approach that made our life much easier. I think I have said it all. I want to add that I have been involved in several real estate transactions. This is far and away better than any I have experienced. Frankly, I wish I had her on another property I am selling but it is in a different state. Century 21 needs ti keep her on board!
