Seller reviewChristine Peterson was recommended to us by a friend when we purchased our home in 2005. In 2014, due to a relocation of work, we had to place or home up for sale. My wife and I reached out to Christine Peterson and explained our situation, and that we felt a short sale may be our only option. With swiftness my wife and I did not think possible, Christine Peterson did the most amazing analysis of the situation and provided the documentation and knowledge needed to proceed with a short sale, and proceed in such a way that would cause the least of financial hardship in the future. Every step of the way, Christine Peterson was there to assure we were comfortable and understood what was going on. She continually provided updates on the sale and if anything else was needed from us. Christine Peterson could not have made it easier on us, and between losing a buyer and several failed inspections, she never lost hope or let us lose hope, even reaching into her own pocket when funds were of immediate need to keep things on track. Now with the sale complete, not only would I reach out to Christine Peterson again for my housing needs, I will only ever recommend anyone use Christine Peterson and her Century 21 team!
