If you have a purchase or sell to make, and even if you have previous good experiences with other agents, give Chris a chance to outperform them and make your life so much easier by doing so. You may think that there is no room for improvement with the past agents you have used, but I promise you that you will be surprised. Chris is so giving of his time and experienced in the execution of contracts. He always knows the right strings to pull when situations get confusing or difficult due to outside factors. I promise you, you will never use another agent again.

Chris Brady was easy to talk to and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was always on top of developments and leads, and was great at communicating. He worked hard, even on weekends. He has a very good knowledge of the southeast Idaho area. He got my property sold quickly. He is trustworthy, transparent and very professional.

Chris was great to listen to what we were searching for in a house. He really paid attention to things that were important to us. I loved that when we had questions or concerns regarding any part of our home buying process Chris was quick to respond and get answers for us! I loved working with Chris. He was very knowledgeable about all the properties we walked thru. Chris was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he was always fast in finding and replying. I felt like I was Chris's #1 priority. I never had to wait for an answer...even if it was late at night.
