Seller reviewMy sister recommended Chris Hogan because he was her Agent who was able to sell her home when other Agents couldn't. We talked to Chris way before we put our house on the market because Chris recommended we do a lot of work to our home before we put it on the market. Almost a year later we did all the steps Chris told us we should do. We contacted Chris again and he was fair on what to put our home for sale. We had issues with our home because it has an in-law apartment downstairs. Chris was diligent in getting our home sold. Chris worked with and talked with a lot of people in our Town Hall to make sure our home even with the in-law apartment was listed accurately and after much to do everything was signed off with all the i's dotted and t's crossed. Thanks Chris for all your hard work you had to do in order for our SOLD sign to get there, we couldn't have done it without you.

During the house inspection, negotiating and days leading up to closing on our beautiful home having Chris in our corner was reassuring. House hunting and the new mandates can be so exhausting but when a realtor as Chris is on board things feel easier.
