Buyer reviewWe started our search for a property over 3 years ago when we took a trip to Harrison. We were looking to move but work conditions changed and we chose to slow our process down. We worked with a couple of brokers over a 3 year period but chose to work exclusively with Chris. We made several trips down to look at Properties and Chris did good job lining up the visits. Once we settled on a property, we found the seller was overvaluing his property. The seller was pretty tough to deal with as the property was overpriced for a long time. Chris helped us develop a good list of comps that was critical for us to properly value the property and helped the seller understand our buying basis. Would highly recommend Chris for anyone not familar with this area.
