Hello! I'm Cindi Knippers, a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 First Choice Realty. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany OK. with a focus on Business Administration, Art and Psychology. My real estate career began in 2013; during this time I have become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the Tulsa Multiple Listing Service. I have always believed in and given to the 100% rule in all you do; so it is of no doubt that I strongly agree with and stand with Century 21 on their 121% pledge, which is to "Defy Mediocrity and Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." I am dedicated to helping my clients through every step of their real estate experience whether on the buying and selling side of the transaction and to make sure you have a complete understanding of the process. I enjoy meeting and helping everyone from all walks of life, including our military men and women and connecting with my clients during and after the closing process, you are important to me. I have a strong work ethic, morals and values that lead me to success for you, my client, and myself. Seller reviewCindi handled the estate sale or our father's home in Tulsa. My sister and I both reside in Oregon, so we were concerned that this would be a very stressful, drawn out process. Seller reviewI would rate Cindi as excellent during this whole process! Several unexpected things came up on our end that pushed us back from going to market sooner. My husband was having to commute for work to one city and I was having to commute to work to another city, plus we were trying to sell the house, it was a lot going on a one time! Plus it was a really emotional experience because this was my first home that I had bought. When we finally were able to put the house on the market, it was sold in three days which much faster than what I had expected. There were a few things on the end of the buyer that came up that pushed the closing back. Cindi was great and kept in constant communication with us to let us know where everyone was in the process.
