Hello! I'm Cindi Knippers, a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 First Choice Realty. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany OK. with a focus on Business Administration, Art and Psychology. My real estate career began in 2013; during this time I have become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the Tulsa Multiple Listing Service. I have always believed in and given to the 100% rule in all you do; so it is of no doubt that I strongly agree with and stand with Century 21 on their 121% pledge, which is to "Defy Mediocrity and Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." I am dedicated to helping my clients through every step of their real estate experience whether on the buying and selling side of the transaction and to make sure you have a complete understanding of the process. I enjoy meeting and helping everyone from all walks of life, including our military men and women and connecting with my clients during and after the closing process, you are important to me. I have a strong work ethic, morals and values that lead me to success for you, my client, and myself. Buyer reviewI've used Cindi in 2 previous real estate transactions so I knew she was the best of the best. Cindi is always looking out for my best interest and she did not disappoint with my recent purchase. She was very thorough when we were looking at houses and knowing what I was looking for, she would find things that may be of concern and point out things that I would love. If I could give a higher rating than excellent for patience, I would. She is the most patient person I know and I cannot thank her enough for waiting me out. Availability is huge for me and Cindi always went above and beyond to get back with me in a timely manner. As busy as she is, she never forgot about me and was always there to answer all my questions which made me feel valued.
