Hello! I'm Cindi Knippers, a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 First Choice Realty. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany OK. with a focus on Business Administration, Art and Psychology. My real estate career began in 2013; during this time I have become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the Tulsa Multiple Listing Service. I have always believed in and given to the 100% rule in all you do; so it is of no doubt that I strongly agree with and stand with Century 21 on their 121% pledge, which is to "Defy Mediocrity and Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." I am dedicated to helping my clients through every step of their real estate experience whether on the buying and selling side of the transaction and to make sure you have a complete understanding of the process. I enjoy meeting and helping everyone from all walks of life, including our military men and women and connecting with my clients during and after the closing process, you are important to me. I have a strong work ethic, morals and values that lead me to success for you, my client, and myself. Seller reviewCindi Knippers was the best agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold several homes in the Tulsa area and by far Cindi new her stuff. From start to finish when she came to list the property she new what was going on in the area to know what to list the property for. Even if I didn't agree with her and I must say she was always right when it came to pricing. I should have listen to her advice because I sold the property at the price she said it would sell at. I could have sold the property sooner if I had let her list it for what she suggested the first time. So my advise is listen to your Realtor they know what they are doing and if you want your home to sell quickly Cindi will price it right to get your home sold quick. Cindi was also wonderful when it came time to advising me on negotiations of the contract. I had never had a Realtor give me such sound advise during any negotiations. I would recommend that if you are buying or selling your home to call Cindi Knippers with Century 21 Choice Realty She will take care of all your buying or selling needs.

She never got frustrated or irritable when we said Nope not the right one or It has too many things wrong with it. She was always in touch, never missed responding to an email or a phone call and kept us up-to-date with negotiations and about the paperwork jungle that exists whenever property is sold. Her assistance in buying this property was stellar. She would often make time to show two or three properties to us. Since we were looking for land, that would often involve a lot of driving. She was always positive about finding us our "perfect property". She did. Anyone who has her for an agent has one huge positive resource to get what they want.
