Buyer reviewGoing into the process we didn't really even know what we were looking for in a house. We started with one idea and that changed over the process. Cindy Edwards was very helpful and always willing to take her time to help us try and figure out what we wanted. Once we found our house it was a bit of a bumpy ride, the sellers made things interesting to say the least. We had a very tight timeline, 2 weeks for due diligence and a 30 day closing. Cindy made it all possible. She set up all our inspections and made herself available for the many walk throughs we did on the house. In addition her knowledge of the area and local business to work with was invaluable. We were coming from New Jersey so we did not know who to use for many of the needed services. Cindy always had at least one recommendation (or many to choose from) and we were always pleased with the results. In the end Cindy Edwards helped us find a house that we love in an area we love. I am not sure that without her would we could be saying that right now. My wife and I would highly recommend Cindy Edwards to anyone looking to purchase a house in the Outer Banks, especially if your do not know the area all that well.
