I was looking for a house to move my aging parents into and Cindy knew exactly what kind of house I would need from her own personal experience and years of real estate transactions. As a newbie (first time home buyer) Cindy was instrumental in helping me understand all the ins and outs of looking for and buying a house. It took several months of looking at suitable homes and dealing with the very competitive housing market but Cindy was able to find a beautiful home and negotiate a reasonable offer for it. Buyer reviewCindy was very knowledgeable about the area and the properties as well as some of the things involved with the houses, such as possible costs and things to worry about having to renovate. She was very easy to work with and always answered either calls or texts promptly without ever making me feel like I was a bother. Even when I had to reschedule a viewing because of work it was easy to simply text her and adjust the time to something that worked better. There was little pressure to get me into just ANY house asap even though I was one a tight time frame so much as getting me into the right one. Cindy made it more than clear on several occasions that was an important factor and that there were always plenty of opportunities if something seemed amiss or just wasn't a perfect match. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the services that Cindy provided and with my new house and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get into a new house, be they a first time or multiple time home buyer.
