Seller reviewCindy knows how to sell a house. She is honest, confidental and professional. Cindy worked tirelessly while we were in AZ for 6 months. She oversaw the improvements that had to be made as well as cleaned up after. Her advice to plat the property was spot on as she had offers (a good one!) within two weeks on the house. She went above and beyond every step of the way. I would hire her again and again...... I didn't have any contact with other staff from Atwood Cindy not only had the keys to the house she just sold, but she also had the keys to the new house that we bought from her in November . So yes, she is all of the above.

Buyer reviewCindy Florine was amazing to work with, always respectable and there to help when needed. She always gave us good information to consider no matter which house we looked at. She knew a lot about the area and made me consider options I don't think I would of taken normally. We ended up finding a place a little higher then our loan amount but it was sure worth it! She didn't force decisions and just let us decide what was best with great information provided. She helped me parents find and a place and me too, I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone!
