When my husband and I are not working, we love to go camping and boating. On a bad weather day you might find us in our bonus room painting. Ron is a great artist and paints realistic portraits of pets and people, but also paints cars. I like to play around with watercolor. We have 10 grandchildren and 2 dogs.

Buyer reviewThis was my first time as a home buyer, and I was working under a somewhat tight time frame. Cindy Garrett got me looking at several houses right away, and before long, I had an offer accepted. Unfortunately, the sale fell through at the last minute due to an unforeseen complication that was out of our control. This left me critically close on time, but Cindy had a backup plan and set up a number of houses for me to look at the very next day. Even with the time constraint, she wanted to make sure I found a house that was right for me and was honest about her thoughts on each property. I selected a house that felt right for me, and Cindy was able to express my urgency to all parties involved and keep them on task. We found and closed on the second home in only two weeks, largely thanks to Cindy's help. Even with the quick turnaround, I did not feel like I was making a compromise for time. Things could have gone very wrong, but Cindy Garrett was able to make the situation successful and help me find a great home. I would highly recommend her.

The thing I like most about Cindy Garrett is when you call Cindy she either answers her phone or calls you back in a timely manner. Cindy gives you 100 percent all the time. I highly recommend using Cindy to anyone that wants their realtor looking out for their best interest.

Seller reviewI know a lot of realtors and had the choice of any of them. I also could have sold the properties by auction or to a developer. I chose Cindy Garrett first, because she is a person of great honesty. I never had to worry that she would put her or her agency's interests before mine. Second, she is a tireless worker. She called and e-mailed me in the process of potential buyers asking questions and wanting to see the property even while on a previously scheduled vacation, and on weekends when you would not normally expect someone to be working.Third, she was flexible in her approach to selling the property. We had a unique property that involved bare land as well as a home and out building. She tailored the strategy to sell to achieve the maximum amount of money and was very creative in how to split it up.Fourth, she did her homework. She found comparables that were actually pertinent to our situation and in the end got us more for our property than we thought it was worth. Thank you to Century 21, the Bradley Agency, and particularly Cindy Garret for making the selling process not only enjoyable but most importantly, profitable.
