Based on our data and extensive research, we chose Cindy Holbin. Cindy Holbin is very professional and does her job very well. She is very knowledgeable and is detail oriented. Besides all this, she is very easy to reach, gives quick responses, and makes problems go away. She worked hard to get buyers to buy my last two homes, but this is not her strongest suit. After the buyer signs, some real work begins with MANY potential pitfalls and headaches. She guided us through so many of these with skill and wisdom. Any agent can sell a good house. The real work comes in checking everything, double checking, and then checking again to keep everything moving forward. Finding a possible buyer can come easy. Keeping that buyer and keeping the seller's sanity takes real skill. I can not imagine navigating the process without a knowledgeable, caring, wise and professional friend by our side. Thanks Cindy!

Was impressed with her then, and told her if and when I had to sell, would contact her. She was excellent. Cindy Holbin went above and beyond in every aspect. Can't thank her enough.
