Cindy Turney is a excellent real estate agent. With wonderful knowledge of the area. When we were looking for a home she was extremely helpful we were relocating from another state. She know what we were looking for and gave us updates on new properties promptly. We were both very satisfied with here service when we bought our home so there was no question when we got transferred again who to use. Cindy Turney worked with us at least twice a month for close to a year before we found a house and an area that we decided was just right for us. After several months, we had looked at every house in our price range within $100,000 in Parker County. No joke! Or we had considered looking at every house in the county in our price range within $100,000 of our price range. She was most patient as we worked through our criteria and compromises and the availability of residential real estate in the area. Cindy worked hard and maintained her sense of humor and flexibility throughout the process. And we presented so many challenges for her. I had heard that most residential real estate agents in Parker County show their clients three properties and that if you do not make an offer, then that is it, you are dropped as a client. Not true of Cindy! She showed us countless homes and properties, from brand new homes to older existing homes and everything in between. She knows builders, developers, and so many residential areas. If she doesn't, she will find out. When we were about to give up and she had not heard from us, there was Cindy with new listings for us to consider and with times that she could show us houses the next weekend. As it become winter again, there we were driving around in our car with our dog looking at houses. If Cindy Turney can put up with us, she can do a good job for other buyers! We aren't easy! She is the best and will make looking for a house a lot of fun, too.
