Seller reviewWe are happy to say we would recommend Cindy & Ashley to anyone. We found them to be professional, courteous, and extremely friendly and trustworthy. What initially we thought would be a confusing situation turned out to be easy because of their knowledge. Our home presented perfectly on line. They showed us how easy it was to schedule showings. Inspection scheduling went smooth. Paperwork was a breeze, and their explanations were clear. The best part was how they provided a timeline of when we needed to do things from banking to changing over utilities and mail! It encouraged us to be prompt and aided them in doing their job. That alone was huge. All paperwork and money exchange was perfect. Closing was simple, and above all we felt we were able to trust them with anything. We also ended feeling like they are our friends.

Throughout the entire processes of buying our home they were always available for answering questions and helping us out to know what to do and when to do it. As first time home buyers we were pretty intimidated but Cindy and Ashley made us feel comfortable immediately. They were super knowledgeable, and took the time to explain different aspects of the properties we viewed. We felt that they were always open and honest about each home we walked into. When we first started the process of looking into buying a home we went to our local bank for a mortgage but Cindy helped lead us to a lender that got us a much better interest rate and took care the time to explain everything about the mortgage itself. The entire experience was awesome and we will be recommending Cindy and Ashley to everyone we know! They truly are the best!
