Seller reviewNoel sold my uncle's property, my grandmother's and my cousins before this property. She earned her stripes from the previous sales and that made a huge impact. Also, we asked her for an idea of a starting price as we thought we had a buyer before we placed it on the market. She came over and gave us a price refusing any compensation for her time and expertise. The deal fizzled out with the private party so there was no hesitation in calling Noel to sell it for us. She was great to work with! She took care of a difficult situation for me and my family and I'm grateful!
