We select Noel based on her sales reputation and she lived up to it and surpassed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Noel to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house. Noel was a tremendous help---she always answered my questions when I texted her promptly. Noel kept me well informed during the whole process---so I could have everything ready before I needed it. Because of Noel everything went smoothly. Noel is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with several in my life. Noel listed my house. The next day I had a showing. And I had showings everyday (sometimes two to four on some days) till we had a deal. The way Noel advertised my house was extremely effective. Noel was right on the money for the value of my house, and my wife and I was extremely happy with the selling price---we have Noel to thank. Noel is by far the best realtor. I know I answered excellent to all the above questions the reason is was Noel was excellent in all those areas. On a scale of 1---10 Noel was a 20. Noel far exceeded all of my expectations. The staff always let me know far in advance before a showing. The staff was always polite and respectful, and asked if the showing time was acceptable to me. It is a great staff. I have a good friend thats a real estate agent and he wasn't happy with me when selected Noel but I told him he could still sell it. After my experience with Noel I would not of changed a thing. He is still my friend, but the experience with Noel I've gained a great friend to my family. There is nothing I would changed. Noel far exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Noel.
