Buyer reviewNoel went above and beyond for us when purchasing our new home. My husband and I were having a hard time finding a home we liked. When we finally found it, after dragging Noel to quite a few homes, we had to outbid another buyer. Noel made sure we offered a fair but good enough offer to outbid the other buyers. She communicated with us late into the night and with the sellers, who were doing a Sale by Owner, early on a Saturday morning. She even made a few sacrifices herself to make sure we got the house of our dreams. She is by far the kindest and most selfless realtor I know.

Seller reviewThis is our second round with buying and selling with Noel. We never thought twice about using her services again. The whole experience was like working with a friend. We could ask her anything, she communicated regularly, even on nights and weekends. When our first buyer pulled out at the last minute, we were ready to pull out all together but Noel kept pushing forward and immediately called the other interested buyers and we ended up getting an even better deal than the first. We absolutely would recommend her to anyone looking to move.
